ESAB OK Tigrod 5356
ESAB OK Tigrod 5356 is a general-purpose aluminum TIG welding rod, commonly used for welding 5XXX series aluminum alloys. This non-heat-treatable alloy delivers strong, durable welds with excellent performance under harsh conditions.
Although highly versatile, care should be taken when using OK Tigrod 5356 for welds with greater than 3% Mg content, as it may be prone to stress corrosion cracking if exposed to service temperatures over 65°C. This makes it an ideal choice for applications where such conditions are not present.
