Returns and Refunds
Unless a product is found to be defect, or if the goods provided were not as described, we do not accept returns and refunds.
To be eligible for a return, you must submit a request with our sales representative within 7 days of receipt. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. The original packaging must also be in good condition. We consider returns & refunds on a case by case basis, and we reserve the rights to deny any request for returns & refunds.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as vacuum packed electrodes cannot be returned. We also do not accept the return of products with packaging that have been torn, destroyed, or damaged.
Additional non-refundable items:
- Service product or items that are included as part of service.
- Delivery fees.
- Special custom made-to-order or modified items.
To initiate your returns request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the request was found to be eligible, we shall provide either full refunds, partial refunds or exchanges, at our full discretion and depending on the circumstances.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item(s), please contact our sales representative.
Exchanges are also considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to accept or reject any exchange request. Therefore, if you really need to exchange an item, please describe the issue clearly. Our sales representatives will try our best to assist you.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should either bring it to us, or mail it to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
