Free Deliveries
On special circumstances, we offer free deliveries to our clients. The criteria for free delivery includes but are not limited to:
- Delivery address within Klang Valley Area.
- Order exceeds MOV (Minimum Order Value).
We are also able to offer free deliveries to Port Klang, to warehouses and freight forwarders.
Our delivery trucks depart from our warehouse every morning. To ensure that your delivery is on time, payment must be made on the day before expected delivery. To avoid any delays, please notify our sales representative of your payment advice or remittance slip.
Consignees must sign our delivery order forms upon receiving the goods.
Shipping Policy
For orders not delivered by our own trucks, we employ the use of third party couriers and transporters. Delivery addresses outside of Klang Valley area falls into this category. We quote the exact rates given to us by third party logistics, and we do not mark up shipping costs.
Any damages to goods during transit are to be claimed with the respective logistics company. We are only responsible for arranging the delivery, and can only provide protective measures. Based on past experiences and client feedbacks, we place our trust in our chosen logistics services in the proper handling of goods. After your order is handed over to the third party logistics, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of goods to its destination.
Collection
Clients have the option of collecting goods from our warehouse. This is our preferred option when dealing with international orders and large orders. Clients may either collect in-person or appoint a representative to collect on their behalf. A delivery form must be signed by both parties to finalise and confirm the collection.
