TB2000 is an AWS ER70S-6 grade premium carbon steel wire. Its copper coating provides excellent feeding characteristics. The inclusion of higher manganese (Mn) and silicon (Si) alloyed contents improves welding performance and increases the strength of the weld.
Suitable for welding mild steel and general unalloyed steels requiring high yield strength of minimum 500MPa, such as structural steel, pipe welding, shipbuilding, pressure vessels, automotive repairs etc.
