TAKADA PC 405 is for Heavy-Duty use. They satisfy the need for high capacity for repair work and maintenance welding with the lowest maintenance cost. This is due to its utilization of high quality components and step voltage technology. It offers the flexibility of being able to alter their voltage settings in 20 steps, independent of wire feed speed.
Takada MIG PC 405 is specially designed and supplied with a standard 5m extension cable kit with an external wire feeder. The feeder accepts wire spools up to 300mm in diameter, and up to 15 kilograms in weight. The machine has a fan-cooled chassis and a protection rating of IP21S. It has extra durability in withstanding rugged working conditions. In addition, it has a wheel mounted design for welder’s convenience.
Capable of welding carbon steel, stainless steel, low alloy steel, aluminum alloy and more. The PC 405 is suitable for a wide array of applications, including automobile, metalworking, machinery, factory production, repair and maintenance industries. Especially suitable for steel fabricator industries and mainly for long hours of operation and big structural steel such as H-beam, I-bean, pipe welding etc.
Accessories included are: TBi Industries’ Classic 360 ESG-Euro Connector MIG welding torch. CO2 gas regulator, and a 1.2m long earth clamp.
